Fight Fight Fire / Yuppie Yeah
Single (Digital, 2025)
SABO162
Grown to a quartet in the meantime, the post-punk band Suspectre returns with a double single on Sabotage Records.
Fight Fight Fire is an angry, punk-driven punch at your X account: a song about endless online battles where insults are the norm, troll armies march in, and political participation often doesn’t go beyond a like. And amid all the crises we scroll through, bubbles clash online until the next spectacle starts trending.
The B-side, Yuppie Yeah, comes across more easy-going and danceable, with a wink toward the ’70s. This garage-y track pokes fun at finance bros and career opportunists who, despite their bourgeois posturing, are ultimately just grinding away for a paycheck.
Together, the two songs showcase both sides of Suspectre: energetic and edgy—while also melodic, danceable, and always biting. The double single is available now on all major streaming platforms.

8-Song LP (2021)
SABO133
The debut record contains 8 songs, that are a diffusely influenced blend of various punk-related genres held together by its basic 3 instrument arrangement. Combining the rhythm-driven verve of garage punk with a warm and melodic pop appeal, they create their very own sound in the vast post-punk landscape.
